• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used haircare products cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
